1. Cold rolled steel sheets are products produced by cold pressing of hot-rolled sheets. After several passes of cold rolling, its surface quality is better than that of the hot-rolled sheet, and good mechanical properties can be obtained after heat treatment.
Advantages: rapid forming speed, high output, and no damage to the coating, can be made into a variety of cross-section forms to meet the needs of service conditions; cold rolling can make the steel produce great plastic deformation, thus improving the yield point of steel.
Disadvantages: Although there is no hot plastic compression in the forming process, there is still residual stress in the section, which inevitably affects the overall and local buckling characteristics of the steel; the cold-rolled steel section is a generally open section, which makes the free torsion stiffness of the section low. The wall thickness of cold-rolled formed steel is small, and there is no thickening at the corner of the plate connection, so the capacity of bearing local concentrated load is weak.
Application of cold-rolled steel plate in metal display tower:
Cold rolled steel plate is usually used in the production of display shelf laminates, the thickness is generally 0.4-2.0 mm, the selection of thickness depends on the requirements of the shelf bearing capacity and the length of the laminate. However, in general, for laminates, we use a thickness of 0.8mm or 1.0mm, which is enough for the bearing capacity of general products. Tip: if the customer's price budget is limited, you need to use a slightly thinner cold-rolled steel plate and also need enough bearing capacity, then you can increase the bearing capacity by using certain stiffeners, and reduce the cost.
2. There are many kinds and specifications of steel tube products, and its performance requirements are also various. All of these should be distinguished according to user requirements or working conditions. Generally, steel pipe products are classified according to section shape, production method, pipe material, connection mode, coating characteristics, and application.
Application of steel pipe in metal display tower:
The most commonly used tubes are round, square, and rectangular. The dimensions of square pipe and round pipe include 10 * 10mm, 15 * 15mm, 20 * 20MM, 25 * 25MM, 30 * 30MM; rectangular pipe has 15 * 20MM, 30 * 60MM, 30 * 70mm, etc.; the wall thickness is 1.0-2.0mm. Their choice depends on the overall size of the metal display tower, load-bearing capacity to determine.
3. Iron wire is a kind of metal wire drawn from low carbon steel. According to different uses, the composition of iron wire is different. Advantages: good plasticity and softness.
Disadvantages: low hardness, low tension, easy to stretch.
